The V20 Group is actively working on leasing the remaining space at 699 Canal Street in Harbor Point, Stamford (the former Fairway grocer building) and we want to hear from you.
We’re excited to announce that Club Studio Fitness will be opening at the property in late 2026! Club Studio is a cutting-edge fitness concept that combines boutique fitness classes, high-end amenities, and a full gym experience, all under one roof. While Club Studios will be occupying almost 40,000 SF, we still have plenty of ground floor space left for great neighborhood conveniences.
We have spoken to many residents in the area, and the consensus is for a grocery store to return to Canal Street. The intent of this short survey is to gather community input and support as we work on leasing the rest of 699 Canal. Your feedback will really help us target tenants at this exciting and vibrant Harbor Point location!
